It has been pointed out to me by people, in their characteristically subtle ways, that I have not been posting much. Let's see what we can do about that.
My head hurts, my foot hurts, I'm bored and I'm fairly sure that whatever creativity I had in my brain has long since fled.
There, isn't that better?
The foot issue, at least, I know the exact cause and general solution to. As much as I enjoy the walk-in-circles-and-bitch sessions with a certain
not-droovzilla I seem to be incapable of not hurting myself during them. The last time this happened, I solved it by catching the flu and staying in bed for two days. As helpful as that was, perhaps I will attempt a slightly different method this time.
The boredom is slightly more difficult, although it is a much funnier story. You see, during my work evaluation (which is a story in itself) I got minorly scolded for my habit of watching Let's Plays (for the curious- videos of people playing video games). Not because I was watching things at work, oh no. But because from a distance, it apparently looks like I am actually
playing the game. Despite them being on Youtube. And me doing my work on a
completely different computer. I am just that magical, I guess. Nevermind the amount of idiocy it would require to be playing Resident Evil 4 at work.
Add to that, some jerk took down all the Youtube videos of Batman Beyond I was watching. So now I have to go back to my previous work habits- reading fanfic all day. Clearly, a stunning victory for everyone involved.
For the rest of it, I'll just have to complain a lot. Possibly by posting, or something. Aren't you all lucky?
